My research interests are in the area of human computer interactions and crowdsourcing. I focus on understanding how people interact with their technology to generate value.  A secondary path involves studying how people respond to algorithmic advice in the context of fake news.

I am currently the acting Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the Lally School of Management. Previously I served as the director for the MS program in Business Analytics. I teach foundational data science courses and I am the author of "Making Sense of Data with Statistics".

I provide consulting services to organizations in the area of predictive analytics.
